Platowood Technology

This is a hydrothermal modification method combined with lime slaking reaction to alkalize the timber, enhancing the wood’s mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and visual appeal. The addition of Nano Calcium increases durability, while the process also improves resistance to mold and pests.

Platowood Modification Process

HYDROTHERMAL MODIFYING

The method combines hydrothermal modification with Nano Calcium treatment under high temperature and pressure. This process eliminates impurities, compresses the wood structure, and enhances hardness.

MOISTURE STABILIZING

After the modification process, the wood is carefully dried to a moisture content of approximately 8%, ensuring optimal stability. This drying process generally takes between 3 to 5 days.

SOLIDING

Once the wood is dried, it undergoes a solidification process lasting 8–12 hours. It is then stored for 10–15 days to stabilize and ensure long-term performance.
